Computer Museum of America is thrilled to partner with Start:Code to provide two summer coding camps to middle and high school students in north Atlanta. Start:Code has served students for six years in Decatur, Georgia and this year they are branching out to Brookhaven and Roswell.
Founder Scott Blanck has worked in technology for almost 20 years as a programmer, network engineer, and hands-on IT Director. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from the University of Michigan and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Emory University. Scott is also an Adjunct Professor at Emory University teaching the course “Think.Code.Make” in the Goizueta Business School.

June 22-26, Summer Coding Camp for grades 6th – 12th
Spend a week learning to code with Python, JavaScript, and Java. Make games, simulations, and graphic art while practicing creativity, design, and collaboration with friends.
July 20-24, Game Design With Unity 3D for grades 6th-12th
Learn to design and develop games with Unity, the most popular 3D tool among professional game developers. Make, play, and learn about game development over the course of a week.
