At Computer Museum of America (CMoA), like most startup organizations, we celebrate every milestone. The first line, the first five-star review, the first time the Atlanta Journal Constitution reached out for a story, and most recently, our first membership renewal.
Stephen and Tina Kirven joined the Museum in August of 2019 and, like all members who joined before we temporarily closed in March, had their membership extended by three months. Stephen and Tina visited recently to tour the new exhibits, including the Enigma machine and the new STEAM Timeline. They decided to renew their museum membership for a second year! For the staff and volunteers at CMoA, this renewal signified trust and confidence in what we are doing daily as we strive to make an impact in the community to preserve an important part of our history.
Membership and renewals have been enhanced to include more benefits than when first established. Now, in addition to unlimited visits and discounts to museum events (yes, museum events will absolutely be returning), members receive a discount on gift shop merchandise, complimentary admission(s) to share, and a free T-shirt for any child you enroll in a summer coding camp.
We invite you to become a member of the CMoA family when you visit! Give the gift of a CMoA Membership if you are searching for “experiences” to give this holiday season. Paired with an item from our gift shop, it is sure to be a unique and fun gift for the tech enthusiasts on your shopping list. We’ll even wrap it for you at no cost!
